Eligible standard returns may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible customers may also request a size replacement under the VENA 60-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee.

The fit guarantee is separate from standard returns and does not automatically provide a right to a refund after 60 days.
